The invention relates to a shock insulation supporting pad which is provided with at least one core column, two supporting plates, a plurality of first material layers and a plurality of second material layers, the core column is a cylindrical body made of zinc, and the two supporting plates are arranged at the two ends of the core column respectively. The first material layer and the second material layer are arranged between the two supporting plates in a staggered mode and surround the core column in a sleeved mode, so that the shock absorption effect is achieved through deformation of the core column and deformation of the first material layer and the second material layer, the core column made of zinc can avoid high heat generated by repeated bending deformation, and the service life of the core column is prolonged. Therefore, the core column is damaged in function and even melted, and great influence is caused to environmental pollution, so that the supporting pad which is environment-friendly, good in damping effect, capable of keeping complete functions and inhibiting temperature rise and good in shock absorption effect is provided.
