A plurality of phase-change material packaging boxes are arranged between the two layers of reinforcing meshes in the horizontal direction and filled with phase-change materials, and the phase-change material packaging boxes are used for improving the mechanical property of the wall and achieving the heat preservation and heat insulation effects. According to the method, the defects in the prior art can be effectively overcome, rapid manufacturing of the fabricated phase change wall prefabricated part is achieved, and the mechanical property and the heat storage capacity of the phase change wall are improved.
