Prestressed laminated slab, forming method thereof and fabricated building
The invention relates to a prestressed laminated slab, a forming method thereof and a fabricated building. The prestressed laminated slab comprises a laminated slab main body which has a first direction and a second direction which are perpendicular to each other; the multiple supporting mechanisms are arranged below the laminated slab body at intervals in the second direction, and the length extending direction of the supporting mechanisms is consistent with the first direction; and each supporting mechanism is assembled and connected with the laminated slab main body through at least one connecting piece. The detachable supporting mechanisms are arranged at the bottom of the laminated slab body through the connecting pieces to replace ribs above the ribbed prestressed laminated slab body, so that the prestressed laminated slab is not interfered by the ribs during site construction, and insertion construction of electromechanical pipelines on site is greatly facilitated. In addition, after the floor slab is formed, the connecting piece can reinforce connection between the overlapped part and the cast-in-place part of the floor slab, so that the floor slab forms a more stable whole, and the bearing capacity and the anti-cracking and anti-seepage capacity are improved.
本申请涉及一种预应力叠合板及其成型方法、装配式建筑。预应力叠合板包括:叠合板主体,叠合板主体具有相垂直的第一方向和第二方向;多个支撑机构,多个支撑机构沿着第二方向间隔布置于叠合板主体的下方,支撑机构的长度延伸方向与第一方向相一致;以及多个连接件,每一个支撑机构通过至少一个连接件与叠合板主体组装连接。通过连接件在叠合板主体的底部布置可拆卸的支撑机构来替代带肋预应力叠合板主体上方的肋条,使本发明预应力叠合板在现场施工时不受肋条干扰,极大的方便现场对机电管线进行穿插施工。此外连接件在楼板成型后可以加强楼板叠合部分与现浇部分间的连接,使楼板形成更稳固的整体,提高承载能力及抗裂防渗漏能力。
