The invention discloses an adjustable consolidation structure and method for additionally installing an elevator shaft corridor. The adjustable consolidation structure comprises rectangular frames fixedly arranged on the ground, and a plurality of corridor assemblies are installed on the two rectangular frames; the corridor assembly comprises two horizontal correction mechanisms which are installed on the side wall of the rectangular frame and are symmetrically arranged, a corridor is movably installed on the horizontal correction mechanisms, a corridor pull-out mechanism is jointly installed on the horizontal correction mechanisms and the corridor, a supporting mechanism is installed at the bottom of the corridor, and the supporting mechanism is installed on the outer wall; and an elastic side pressing mechanism matched with the supporting mechanism is installed on the horizontal correction mechanism located below the corridor, and a settlement monitoring assembly is installed between the supporting mechanism and the corridor. The problems that an existing additionally-installed elevator shaft corridor structure is insufficient in the aspects of adapting to building changes, adjusting convenience, state monitoring and the like are solved.
