A rain shelter is arranged at one ends of the two fixing rods, a parking lock is movably installed in the parking table, a pressure-resistant plate is arranged on the front face of the parking table, through cooperation of a resisting plate, a U-shaped frame, an attaching plate, a cleaning plate, scraping bristles and a prompt plate, a charging pile body can charge a new energy automobile, after a clamping strip and a clamping hole are pulled away from each other, the attaching plate is pulled downwards, and the new energy automobile can be charged.
