The invention discloses a glass assembly and a building outer wall, and relates to the technical field of photovoltaic equipment, the glass assembly comprises a hexagonal frame, one side of the frame is provided with front glass, the other side is provided with rear glass, and the middle part is a cavity; the plurality of groups of condenser modules are arranged in the cavity and are uniformly arranged on three diagonal lines of the frame, and the condenser modules are used for collecting sunlight; and the plurality of groups of photovoltaic cells are arranged on the rear glass and are used for receiving the sunlight collected by the condenser module and carrying out electric energy conversion. According to the invention, multiple groups of condenser modules and multiple groups of photovoltaic cells are designed by adopting a modular design concept and are correspondingly and uniformly arranged on three diagonal lines of the hexagonal frame, so that sunlight at various angles can be conveniently received, and the power generation efficiency reduction caused by sunlight angle change is reduced. Meanwhile, the lighting rate of the glass assembly is greatly improved through the arrangement mode. When the glass curtain wall is applied to a glass curtain wall of a large building, the daylighting requirement and the attractive requirement can be well met.
