The invention relates to the field of concrete construction, in particular to building concrete rapid pouring equipment and method. Comprising a mounting frame, a pouring barrel is rotationally connected to the mounting frame, a pouring pipe is fixedly connected to the middle of the pouring barrel and communicates with the pouring barrel, a filter pipe coaxial with the pouring barrel is rotationally connected to the mounting frame, a plurality of filter holes are formed in the filter pipe, end plates are rotationally connected to the pouring barrel and the filter pipe, and side plates are fixedly connected to the two sides of the filter pipe; and the middle part of each side plate is rotationally connected with a material pushing frame. The method comprises the following steps: step 1, adding materials into a filter pipe from two material adding pipes for mixing and hammering; 2, materials flowing out of the filter pipe fall into a pouring barrel to be mixed and pushed; and thirdly, the concrete rapidly flows out of the pouring pipe by adjusting the position of the pouring pipe for concrete pouring, the concrete mixing speed can be increased, then the preparation speed of the concrete is increased, and therefore the building concrete pouring speed is increased.
