The invention provides a floor tile protective unloading device and a construction method thereof.The floor tile protective unloading device comprises a vertical cutting device, a first guide rail, a water inlet device, a water recycling device, a water pumping device, a negative pressure water pumping pipe, a water collecting head, a soil digging pipeline, a water pumping pipeline and a horizontal cutting device; the cutting track is arranged along the abutted seam of the adjacent floor tiles, the water pumping pipeline is arranged in the soil digging pipeline, the soil digging pipeline and the water pumping pipeline are both circular pipes with openings in the upper portions, and holes used for installing the soil digging pipeline and the horizontal cutting device are excavated in the position, perpendicular to the ground, outside the protection foundation; the adjacent floor tiles are cut along the abutted seam through the vertical cutting device, the foundation below the floor tiles is horizontally cut through the horizontal cutting device, so that the floor tiles are separated from the foundation below the floor tiles, automatic cutting of the floor tiles can be achieved, the floor tile cutting efficiency is effectively improved, and the working intensity of constructors and the breakage rate of floor tile cutting are reduced.
