According to the invention, the adhesion between the product and the screw hole can be enhanced through the redispersible latex powder, the screw hole can be tightly connected, the molding expanding agent can make the product expand quickly when the product is injected into the screw hole, the hole can be effectively plugged, gaps in the hole can be reduced, and the plugging effect on the hole can be improved; the setting time of the mortar in use can be adjusted through the quick-hardening sulphoaluminate cement, and the setting time of the mortar after being coated is shortened, so that the whole product has a quick-hardening effect, and the waterproof and anti-seepage effects of the mortar after being coagulated can be improved by utilizing the waterproof mortar agent.
