Aluminum oxide-zirconium oxide composite powder as well as preparation method and application thereof
The invention discloses aluminum oxide-zirconium oxide composite powder as well as a preparation method and application thereof, the composite powder comprises the following components in percentage by mass: 60%-70% of aluminum oxide, 20%-35% of zirconium oxide and 1.5%-5% of an additive, and the additive comprises magnesium oxide, calcium oxide and silicon dioxide. The preparation method of the composite powder comprises the following steps: (1) carrying out wet grinding on micron-sized aluminum oxide and a first additive in the presence of water to obtain first slurry; performing wet grinding on micron-sized zirconium oxide and a second additive in the presence of water to obtain second slurry; and (2) uniformly mixing the first slurry and the second slurry, and drying to obtain the composite powder. The composite powder prepared by the preparation method is good in uniformity, and the composite ceramic material prepared from the composite powder has the advantages of high hardness, high strength, high toughness and the like, and has a good application prospect in the fields of medical instruments, electronic equipment and the like.
本发明公开了一种氧化铝‑氧化锆复合粉料及其制备方法与应用,所述复合粉料包含按质量百分数计的以下组分:60%‑70%的氧化铝、20%‑35%的氧化锆以及1.5%‑5%的添加剂,所述添加剂包含氧化镁、氧化钙及二氧化硅。上述复合粉料的制备包括以下步骤:(1)将微米级氧化铝与第一添加剂在水存在下进行湿法研磨,得到第一浆料;将微米级氧化锆与第二添加剂在水存在下进行湿法研磨,得到第二浆料;(2)将第一浆料与第二浆料混合均匀,烘干得到所述复合粉料。通过上述制备方法制备得到的复合粉料均匀性好,由其制备得到的复合陶瓷材料兼具高硬度、高强度、高韧性等优点,在医疗器械、电子设备等领域具有良好的应用前景。
