The invention belongs to the technical field of refractory materials, and discloses a preparation method of an Al2O3-coated C composite material, which comprises the following steps: stirring and heating 0.2-2 mol of metal aluminum powder in a 80-100 DEG C water bath for 0.5-2.5 hours to prepare an AlOOH solution; a polyvinyl alcohol solution with the concentration being 0.04-0.2 g/ml is added into the boehmite solution, and stirring continues to be conducted for 0.2-1 h; sequentially adding crystalline flake graphite powder and an additive, and continuously stirring for 0.5-2.5 hours; finally, adding a gelling agent solution with the concentration of 0.05-0.25 g/ml to prepare precursor gel; the precursor gel is calcined for 1-5 h at the temperature of 1100-1500 DEG C under the reducing atmosphere condition, and the Al2O3 and C composite material is obtained; the raw materials which are low in cost and easy to obtain are adopted, the method has the advantages of being low in cost and simple in preparation process, and the prepared Al2O3-coated C composite material has excellent wettability.
本发明属于耐火材料技术领域,公开了一种Al2O3@C复合材料的制备方法,将0.2~2mol金属铝粉在80~100℃水浴条件下搅拌加热0.5~2.5h,制备AlOOH溶液;再在勃姆石溶液中加入浓度为0.04~0.2g/ml的聚乙烯醇溶液,继续搅拌0.2~1h;后依次加入鳞片石墨粉体和添加剂继续搅拌0.5~2.5h;最后加入浓度为0.05~0.25g/ml胶化剂溶液制备出前驱体凝胶;将前驱物凝胶在还原气氛条件下1100℃~1500℃煅烧1~5h,即得到Al2O3@C复合材料;本发明采用廉价易获得的原料,具有成本低、制备工艺简单的特点,所制备的Al2O3@C复合材料有着优异的润湿性。
