Production process of ultra-white glaze ceramic tile
The invention relates to the technical field of ceramic building materials, in particular to a production process of an ultra-white glaze ceramic tile, which comprises the following steps: pressing a base layer raw material to form a base layer green body; drying and primarily sintering to obtain a basic ceramic tile; the basic ceramic tile is coated with a functional layer material barium titanate, titanium dioxide-containing microcrystalline glass and rare earth element-doped nanoparticles in three times, drying and secondary sintering are performed, and the functional ceramic tile is obtained; and spraying the polyurethane coating on the surface of the ceramic tile, and drying and curing to obtain the ultra-white glaze ceramic tile. The ultra-white glaze ceramic tile with a multi-layer structure is produced and comprises a base layer, a functional layer and a protective layer, the microstructure, material selection and manufacturing process of the ceramic tile are optimized, functional materials are added into glaze of the ceramic tile, and the optical characteristics of the ceramic tile are adjusted by controlling the variety, concentration and distribution of the functional additives, so that the ceramic tile is obtained. Therefore, the whiteness, the glossiness and the reflectivity of the ultra-white glaze ceramic tile are improved.
