The cleaning agent comprises the following components in percentage by weight: 3-5% of sodium silicate, 1-2% of polyacrylamide, 0.5-1.5% of ethylene glycol, 0.5-1.0% of a silane coupling agent, 0.2-0.5% of titanium dioxide, 0.1-0.3% of nano montmorillonite, 0.01-0.1% of a defoaming agent, a proper amount of a pH regulator for maintaining the pH value to be 7-9, and the balance of water. After the liquid soil stabilizer is mixed with soil, the compressive strength of a road surface layer can be remarkably improved, the compressive strength can reach 4.6 MPa or above within 7 days, and the surface layer cracking problem is effectively reduced. The remarkably improved compressive strength is mainly benefited from the interaction between chemical components contained in the curing agent and soil particles, a more compact structure is formed, and the overall stability of the soil is enhanced. Besides, gaps among soil particles can be effectively filled by using the curing agent, and permeation and loss of water are reduced, so that the phenomena of soil expansion and shrinkage caused by water change are reduced.
