The construction method comprises the following steps that S1, the reinforcing steel bar component is split into reinforcing steel bar body modules, reinforcing steel bar cages and corresponding drag hook ribs; s2, decomposing the reinforcing steel bar body module into a plurality of reinforcing steel bar sheet bodies; s3, manufacturing of a steel bar sheet body is completed through the drag hook bars, the bent stirrups and the main bars; s4, the reinforcing steel bar sheet bodies form reinforcing steel bar body modules through binding drag hook ribs; s5, the reinforcement cage is unfolded and decomposed into reinforcement meshes; s6, manufacturing of the reinforcing mesh is completed through the main reinforcements and the arc stirrups; s7, the manufactured reinforcing mesh is put into a bending device to be bent for multiple times, and then a reinforcement cage is formed; s8, loading and transporting the processed reinforcement body module and the reinforcement cage to a construction site; s9, the fixed jig frame and the sliding jig frame are installed on site; and S10, the reinforcement body module and the reinforcement cage are assembled and formed.
