Reinforcing construction method for super-high-rise super-large-section steel concrete column
The invention provides a reinforcing construction method for a super-high-rise super-large-section steel concrete column. The reinforcing construction method comprises the following steps that a reinforcing scheme is formulated; section steel columns are installed, and column steel bars are bound and accepted; matching a mold; hoisting the template in place; manufacturing a height ruler; the reinforcing pieces are installed; pouring concrete; and removing the template. For a concrete square column with the cross section size smaller than 2.5 m, construction requirements can be met while opposite pulling is carried out without using an opposite-pulling screw rod, and the problem that the screw rod needs to oppositely penetrate through the section steel column is emphatically solved. Meanwhile, the method has the advantages of simplicity in operation, high construction speed and shortened construction period.
本发明提供了超高层超大截面型钢砼柱加固施工工法,包括以下步骤:制定加固方案;型钢柱安装、柱钢筋绑扎、验收;配模;模板吊装、就位;制作皮数尺;安装加固件;混凝土浇筑;模板拆除。本发明对于截面尺寸小于2.5米的混凝土方柱,本发明可以不使用对拉螺杆进行对拉的同时满足施工要求,重点解决了螺杆需要对穿型钢柱的问题。同时具有操作简单,施工速度快,节约工期的优点。
