The invention relates to a small water surface oil stain automatic collecting device which comprises a supporting frame, a power module, a dirty oil cleaning module, a visual recognition module and a light energy conversion module. The supporting frame comprises an inner frame, an outer frame and a buoy; the power module is fixed to the outer frame and comprises a propeller, an electronic speed controller and a circuit board. The dirty oil cleaning module mainly comprises a crawler belt, a chain, a driving shaft, a driven shaft, a driving motor, a driving power supply, a scraper and an oil storage tank; the visual identification module comprises a small camera on the top; the light energy conversion module comprises a top solar panel and an energy storage battery; when the device works, the device automatically travels to a polluted position for collection, track oil is scraped off through the oil scraping plate, dirty oil dropped by the scraper and dirty oil flowing down along the scraper are gathered in the oil collecting groove of the scraper and conveyed through the two holes in the bottom of the connecting groove and the guide pipe of the oil storage tank, and the device can be used for collecting range spilled oil.
