Device and method for filling suspended space below water-resistant plate of marine facies soft soil stratum structure
The invention provides a marine facies soft soil layer structure water-resistant plate lower suspension space filling device which comprises a structure water-resistant plate and a plate lower suspension area, the plate lower suspension area is located in a soft soil layer, a bearing layer is located below the soft soil layer, a plurality of workbenches are built in the plate lower suspension area, and the workbenches are fixedly connected with fender posts inserted into the soft soil layer and the bearing layer; a terminal control system, a monitoring robot, a plurality of uniformly distributed monitoring points, an improved backfill soil preparation machine, a pumping machine and a discharge pipe are arranged on the structural water-resistant plate; an oil pump, a hydraulic servo motor and a three-dimensional scanner are arranged on the workbench; the terminal control system is in communication connection with the monitoring robot, the pumping machine, the oil pump and the three-dimensional scanner. The filling method based on the device comprises the following steps of (S1) fender post construction, (S2) workbench building, (S3) device placement, (S4) primary jacking of the structural water-resistant plate, (S5) three-dimensional scanning, (S6) secondary jacking of the structural water-resistant plate, (S7) improved backfill soil backfilling, (S8) filling of a suspended area below the plate, (S9) compactness detection, (S10) pressure relief and resilience of the structural water-resistant plate and (S11) device recovery.
