The invention provides a sanitary washing device and a toilet flushing device, which can prevent the cost increase caused by the increase of a light irradiation part, and can inhibit the proliferation of bacteria in a nozzle accommodating part and a basin part through the irradiation of sterilizing light for a short time. The present invention relates to a sanitary washing device provided on a toilet bowl having a bowl part for receiving dirt, the sanitary washing device being characterized by comprising: a partial washing nozzle having a water discharge port for discharging washing water toward a part of a user and moving in and out; a housing having a nozzle housing part capable of housing the partial cleaning nozzle in a state in which the partial cleaning nozzle is retracted; and a light irradiation unit that irradiates sterilization light, which is light having a sterilization function, and that irradiates the nozzle housing unit and the bowl unit with the sterilization light at the same time from the light irradiation unit.
本发明提供一种卫生洗净装置及冲厕装置，其在防止缘于照光部增加的成本增加的同时，通过短时间的除菌光的照射，能够抑制喷嘴收纳部及盆部中的菌的增殖。其为被设置在具有承接污物的盆部的大便器上的卫生洗净装置，其特征为，具备：局部洗净喷嘴，具有朝着使用者的局部吐出洗净水的吐水口且进行进入及后退；壳，具有在使局部洗净喷嘴已后退的状态下能够收纳局部洗净喷嘴的喷嘴收纳部；及照光部，照射具有除菌作用的光即除菌光，从照光部同时对喷嘴收纳部及盆部照射除菌光。
