Roof waterproof heat insulation coiled material and preparation method thereof
The invention relates to the field of waterproof heat insulation materials, and discloses a roof waterproof heat insulation coiled material and a preparation method thereof.The coiled material comprises a base layer, a heat insulation layer, a waterproof layer, a bonding layer and a diaphragm layer which are sequentially connected; wherein the heat insulation layer is formed by compounding foamed polyurethane and a phase change material, and the raw materials of the foamed polyurethane comprise polyether polyol, diphenylmethane diisocyanate, toluene diisocynate and a hydroxyl-containing flame retardant; the mass ratio of the diphenylmethane diisocyanate to the toluene diisocynate is 1: (1.5-3.5), the mass ratio of the polyether polyol to the hydroxyl-containing flame retardant is 10: (1-4), the phase-change material is selected from polyethylene glycol, paraffin or fatty acid, and the mass of the phase-change material accounts for 10%-30% of that of the thermal insulation layer. By introducing the phase change material (such as polyethylene glycol, paraffin and fatty acid) into the heat insulation layer of the coiled material, compared with a traditional polymer base material in the prior art, dynamic temperature adjustment can be achieved, and the heat insulation performance of the material is optimized.
