The invention discloses a green low-carbon energy-saving building which comprises a solar panel. Green plant grooves; a water storage tank; the brush rod is attached to the solar panel; one end of the first pipe body is communicated with the lower part of the water storage tank; a nut and a guide block are arranged at the bottom of the first pipe body; one end of the second pipe body is communicated with the other end of the first pipe body, and the other end faces the solar panel; one end of the first connecting rod is connected with the other end of the first pipe body, and the other end is connected with the brush rod; a pair of frame bodies; the guide rod is perpendicular to the first pipe body and penetrates through the guide block; the screw rod is perpendicular to the first pipe body; the nut is arranged on the screw rod; the driving device is connected with the screw rod; the water receiving tank is fixed on the lower side of the solar panel; one end of the third pipe body communicates with the water receiving tank, and the other end of the third pipe body is located above the green plant tank; one end of the fourth pipe body is communicated with the water receiving tank and located above one end of the third pipe body, and the other end of the fourth pipe body is communicated with the water storage tank. According to the invention, water resources can be recycled.
