After falling into the water receiving tank, rainwater and sundries enter the filter hopper along the water receiving tank, liquid flows out from the first drainage hole, the sundries are retained in the filter hopper, the liquid is discharged from the second drainage hole when the filter hopper rotates, and the sundries do not block the first drainage hole any more.
