The spacing beams are arranged between the frame columns on the non-inlet side of the hoistway structure and between the frame columns and the steel columns, and a plurality of spacing beams are arranged between the upper and lower adjacent frame beams at intervals; the steel lintel is arranged between the frame columns on the inlet side of the hoistway structure, the steel frame door columns are fixedly arranged between the steel lintel and the frame beams in pairs, and an elevator door opening is formed between each pair of steel frame door columns. The elevator shaft structure matched with the newly-built building and the corresponding installation method are formed by combining the main body steel structure, and the elevator shaft structure and the installation method have the advantages of being high in installation efficiency, low in construction cost, environmentally friendly and low in carbon.
