The invention relates to an electric driver, a vehicle window lifting device and a vehicle. The electric driver comprises a shell, a motor and a rotating shaft, the rotating shaft is arranged in the shell and provided with a first end and a second end which are opposite, the first end is connected with an output shaft of the motor so that the rotating shaft can be driven to rotate, and the second end makes contact with a friction pad abutting against the inner wall of the shell. The electric driver further comprises a damping component with a damping part, and the damping part is arranged between the friction liner and the inner wall of the shell and used for providing damping buffer in the axial direction of the rotating shaft. The electric driver can effectively reduce or eliminate the problems of noise, impact and the like in an existing product, improves the product quality, and can bring more comfortable use experience to a user.
