Shield synchronous grouting slurry comprises slurry mother liquor and shield single slurry, the slurry mother liquor comprises slurry and a curing agent, and the slurry is formed by filtering construction site muck, adding water and uniformly stirring. The curing agent comprises cement, sodium sulfate and calcium carbonate, the shield single slurry comprises cement and water, and the numerical value of the water-cement ratio is larger than or equal to 1. The shield synchronous grouting slurry provided by the invention adopts flow-state solidified soil, namely, the construction site muck is used as a main material, on the basis, a curing agent is added to form a slurry master batch, the slurry master batch is mixed with shield single slurry of pure cement slurry, and the slurry is uniformly stirred to form the shield synchronous grouting slurry. The strength of the shield synchronous grouting slurry after solidification and hardening is appropriate, the stratum around a tunnel can be stably supported for a long time, the waterproof performance is good, and the occurrence rate and degree of the water leakage phenomenon of gaps of shield segments can be greatly reduced after solidification and hardening.
本发明公开了一种用于盾构注浆的流态固化土,盾构同步注浆浆液的组成成分包括泥浆母液与盾构单浆液,泥浆母液的成分组成包括泥浆与固化剂,泥浆为施工现场渣土过滤后加水均匀搅拌形成,固化剂的成分组成包括水泥、硫酸钠及碳酸钙,盾构单浆液的成分组成包括水泥与水,水灰比的数值大于等于1。本发明的盾构同步注浆浆液采用流态固化土,即以施工现场渣土为主要材料,在此基础上,加入固化剂形成泥浆母料,并混合水泥纯浆的盾构单浆液,均匀搅拌后形成盾构同步注浆浆液。这样构成的盾构同步注浆浆液凝固、硬化后的强度适宜,能够长期稳定地支撑隧道周围的地层,且防水性能佳,凝固、硬化后能够令盾构管片的缝隙渗漏水现象发生率与程度均大幅降低。
