Stirring grouting device for microorganism solidified soft soil
The stirring and grouting device comprises a solidified soft soil stirring and grouting device body, a bearing frame is arranged at the bottom end of a rotating bearing in the center of the lower portion of a bearing plate of the solidified soft soil stirring and grouting device body, a stirring frame is arranged on a moving shaft in the bearing frame, and liquid injection openings are symmetrically formed in the stirring frame. The solidified soft soil stirring and grouting device comprises a stirring frame, stirring rods are arranged on the lower portion in the stirring frame at equal intervals, grouting pipelines are arranged in the stirring rods, stirring blades and grouting plugs are symmetrically arranged on the outer wall of the stirring frame, the grouting plugs communicate with the grouting pipelines, and drill bits are arranged at the bottom ends of the stirring rods. The time difference between grouting and stirring is shortened, the influence of pore throat blockage among soil particles caused by first consolidation of a soil body near a grouting opening in the grouting process on flowing of bacterial liquid is reduced, and the bacterial liquid and cementing liquid are injected into different parts of the soil body in the stirring process through continuous grouting; and initial grouting at different depths in the soil body can be uniformly distributed.
本发明公开了一种用于微生物固化软土的搅拌注浆装置,包括固化软土搅拌注浆装置,在固化软土搅拌注浆装置的承重板下方中央的旋转轴承底端设有承重架,承重架内部移动轴上设有搅拌架,搅拌架内部对称设有注液口,搅拌架内部下方等间距设有搅拌杆,搅拌杆的内部设有注浆管道,搅拌架外壁对称设有搅拌叶片、注浆塞,注浆塞与注浆管道连通,搅拌杆的底端设有钻头,该固化软土搅拌注浆装置采用土体搅拌与注浆同时进行,缩减了注浆与搅拌之间的时间差,减少了在注浆过程中注浆口附近土体率先固结造成的土粒间孔喉堵塞对菌液流动的影响,通过持续注浆使菌液和胶结液在搅拌的过程中注入到土体的不同部位,可使土体内不同深度处初始注浆分布均匀。
