A manufacturing method of a silicon carbide product comprises the following steps: providing slurry which comprises silicon carbide powder, an organic binder, an inorganic binder, an expansion auxiliary agent and a solvent; forming the slurry on the surface of a mold; baking the mold with the slurry to remove the solvent so as to form an intermediate film layer; repeating the steps of forming the slurry on the mold and baking for at least one time to form a plurality of intermediate film layers; the multiple middle film layers and the mold are subjected to curing treatment, so that the multiple middle film layers form a blank body, and the mold is removed; and sintering the blank in a protective atmosphere to obtain a silicon carbide product. The invention also provides a silicon carbide product.
