The prefabricated and assembled upper section of the bridge pier is embedded into the cover beam in a socket manner, and a swinging device is arranged between the top and the bottom of the cover beam; limiting type energy dissipation devices are arranged on the portion, embedded into the bent cap, of the prefabricated and assembled upper segment of the bridge pier and the side wall of the bent cap. An amplification type energy consumption device is arranged at the connection position of the side wall of the prefabricated and assembled upper segment of the pier and the bottom face pier-cover beam of the cover beam; unbonded prestressed tendons are arranged among the prefabricated and assembled upper section of the bridge pier, the cover beam and the swinging device in a penetrating manner. The problems that a traditional swing bridge pier and bent cap joint is insufficient in shear resistance and concentrated in stress are solved, the shear resistance, the energy dissipation capacity and the function restorability of the bridge pier-bent cap joint are improved, and the requirements for post-earthquake maintenance and reinforcement are reduced.
