The invention discloses a hanging basket for an underwater noise reduction net and an offshore pile sinking noise reduction device. The hanging basket comprises a cantilever beam, at least two electric hoists and a hanging basket body. The cantilever beam comprises a cantilever beam body used for being welded to a pile stabilizing platform top layer embracing arm stress component and a cantilever beam lifting lug arranged on the lower portion of one end of the cantilever beam body. The electric hoist adopts a double-lifting-hook electric chain hoist and is connected with a lifting lug at the lower part of one side of the cantilever beam body through a lifting hook on the electric hoist; the electric hoist is connected with the hanging basket main body through a lower lifting hook; the hanging basket body comprises a hanging basket middle section, a first hanging basket opening and closing section and a second hanging basket opening and closing section which are sequentially connected end to end. The underwater noise reduction net can bear the overall structure of the underwater noise reduction net and can be opened and closed after bearing the overall structure of the underwater noise reduction net. And compared with a noise reduction device without a hanging basket for an underwater noise reduction net, the noise reduction device is lower in use difficulty, is less limited by the size of a pile stabilizing platform, is less influenced by environmental factors during pile withdrawing, and is more stable in overall structure.
本发明公开了一种水下降噪网用吊篮及海上沉桩降噪装置。本发明包括悬臂梁、至少两个电动葫芦、吊篮主体;悬臂梁包括用于与稳桩平台顶层抱臂受力构件焊接的悬臂梁体、布置在悬臂梁体一端下部的悬臂梁吊耳;电动葫芦采用双吊钩环链电动葫芦,电动葫芦通过其上吊钩与悬臂梁体一侧下部吊耳连接;电动葫芦通过其下吊钩与吊篮主体连接;吊篮主体包括首尾依次连接的吊篮中间段、吊篮启闭段一、吊篮启闭段二。本发明可以承载水下降噪网整体结构,并可在承载水下降噪网整体结构后进行开启与闭合。相比于无水下降噪网用吊篮的降噪装置,使用难度更低,受稳桩平台尺寸限制更小,退桩时受环境因素影响更少,整体结构更稳定。
