Prevention and control reinforcing device for floating of large-diameter shield segment
The invention discloses a large-diameter shield segment floating prevention and control reinforcing device which comprises at least two grouting reinforcing pipes, a penetrating inclined hole is formed in a soil body between the two grouting reinforcing pipes, a hinge joint is arranged at the intersection of the lower end of the penetrating inclined hole, and two hinge shafts of the hinge joint are fixedly connected with inclined rods respectively; a limiting round rod is arranged outside the upper end of the grouting reinforcing pipe, the upper end of the inclined rod is fixedly connected with a supporting rod, the supporting rod is fixedly connected with a side rod, and the side rod is located at the bottom of the limiting round rod. The shear fork structure is matched with the grouting reinforcement pipe to reinforce the foundation, and when the duct piece floats upwards, the inclined rod of the shear fork structure is arranged above the duct piece, so that insufficient supporting force of soil covering above the duct piece is transferred to the grouting reinforcement pipe, and the floating control structure is stronger.
本发明公开了一种大直径盾构管片上浮的防控加固装置,包括至少两个注浆加固管,两个注浆加固管之间土体内设置穿入斜孔,穿入斜孔下端的交回处设置铰接头,铰接头的两个铰接轴分别固定连接斜杆;所述注浆加固管上端外侧设置限位圆杆,所述斜杆上端固定连接支杆,支杆固定连接侧杆,侧杆位于限位圆杆底部。本发明通过剪叉结构,配合采用注浆加固管对地基形成加固,管片产生上浮风险时,管片上方设置剪叉结构的斜杆,从而将管片上方覆土支撑力不足转移到注浆加固管上,从而上浮控制结构更强。
