The invention discloses a method for moisturizing a steel mould bearing column after pouring, which comprises a concrete column provided with a steel mould protective cylinder and a spraying frame divided into a sunshade cylinder, a water storage cylinder and a drainage cylinder according to functions, and further comprises the following steps: S1, mounting a water delivery hose in a pipe orifice at the axis of the water storage cylinder in an inserting manner, and then the hanging frame on the spraying frame is mounted at the end opening of the steel mould protection cylinder. According to the moisturizing method after pouring of the steel mold bearing column, the heat insulation layer and the reflection layer are matched to cool the separation cavity so as to reduce water evaporation, the water amount of the water conveying hose is reduced at night, the edge of the lower mold can be attached to and cover the upper surface of the concrete column, a table-shaped area is formed for water storage, and the purposes of long-time moisturizing and heat preservation are achieved; the partition cavity forms a heat preservation cavity under the shielding effect of the upper film, a better heat preservation effect is achieved at night, the influence of large-range temperature changes on the hydration reaction rate of the cement column is reduced, and meanwhile temperature stress generated in the cement column is reduced.
本发明公开了一种钢模承重柱浇注后保湿方法,包括设置有钢模护筒的水泥柱,还包括根据功能分为遮阳筒、储水筒及排水筒的喷洒架,其中还存在以下步骤:S1、将输水软管插接安装于储水筒轴心处的管口中,再将喷洒架上的挂架安装于钢模护筒端口。本发明提供的钢模承重柱浇注后保湿方法,通过搭配隔热层与反射层来对隔腔进行降温以减少水分蒸发,且夜间降低输水软管的水量,使下膜边缘则对水泥柱上表面进行贴合覆盖并形成台状区域而蓄水,达到长时间保湿及保温目的,并隔腔在上膜遮挡作用下形成保温腔室,并在夜间具有更好地保温效果,降低大范围的温度变化对水泥柱水化反应速率造成影响,同时还减少水泥柱中的温度应力产生。
