The large-volume concrete construction device comprises a cooling mechanism, a plurality of partition plates divide the interior of a water pool into water outlet pools and a plurality of cooling pools, and the cooling pools are communicated with the water outlet pools through communicating pipes; one end of the cooling steel pipe is inserted into the plastic hose, and a waterproof adhesive tape is wound at the joint of the edge of the plastic hose and the cooling steel pipe; the side wall of the cooling steel pipe is sleeved with an expansion water stop sleeve, and the expansion water stop sleeve is bound and fixed in the plastic hose through a steel wire; the first reinforcing steel bar and the second reinforcing steel bar are bound on the side wall of the plastic hose through steel wires; a heat dissipation mechanism is installed at the bottom end of the water pool, the gravel and fine sand layer used for reducing the water temperature is installed at the bottom end of the water pool, and a rotary heat dissipation pipe is installed in the gravel and fine sand layer.
