The concrete pole lifting device comprises a base, a supporting rod, an inserting rod and a pressing rod, the supporting rod is vertically fixed to the base, a first lug ring is welded to the side edge of the upper end of the supporting rod, the pressing rod is located at the upper end of the supporting rod, a second lug ring is welded to the lower portion of the front end of the pressing rod, and the second lug ring and the first lug ring are connected together in a sleeved mode. According to the concrete pole lifting device, the concrete pole can be pulled out through manual operation, large mechanical equipment such as an excavator does not need to be called, and the operation cost is remarkably reduced. The working principle of the device is mainly based on the lever principle, force is transmitted to the concrete pole through pressure generated by the pressing rod on the inserting rod, and therefore the effect of easily pulling out the device is achieved, and the device is more economical and practical for small farmers or orchard managers.
