The venetian blind comprises a rectangular window frame, a plurality of venetian blind pieces, a lifting pull rope, a turnover ladder rope and a lifting turnover device, the venetian blind pieces are arranged in the middle of the window frame, one end of the lifting pull rope penetrates through the venetian blind pieces and is fixed to the lowest venetian blind piece, and the other end of the lifting pull rope bypasses the lifting turnover device. The middle part of the turnover ladder rope bypasses the two ends of the lifting turnover device and then is respectively connected with a plurality of venetian blind sheets from top to bottom; the lifting and overturning device comprises two rotating units which move at the same time, the lifting pull rope and the overturning ladder rope are matched with the two rotating units respectively, and the lifting pull rope drives the overturning ladder rope to move through the rotating units so that the shutter blind pieces can be overturned when opened and closed up and down.
