The invention relates to the field of tunnel construction, in particular to a tunnel impact milling excavator. The excavator comprises an excavator body, an excavating arm mechanism, a turnover device, an impact milling and excavating device and an excavator bucket arranged at the tail end of the excavating arm mechanism. The turnover device comprises a turnover seat arranged on the excavator main body, a rotating shaft which is rotationally arranged on the turnover seat and is connected with the digging arm mechanism, and a rotary driving device which is arranged on the turnover seat and is in driving connection with the rotating shaft; the impact milling and digging device comprises an impact milling and digging mechanism, a telescopic rotating arm of which the two ends are rotationally connected with the impact milling and digging mechanism and the digging arm mechanism respectively, a rotating power device a which is arranged at one end of the telescopic rotating arm and is in transmission connection with the digging arm mechanism, and a rotating power device b which is arranged at the other end of the telescopic rotating arm and is in transmission connection with the impact milling and digging mechanism; and an oil cylinder for adjusting the length is arranged in the telescopic rotating arm. Rock can be drilled firstly, then impacted and fractured, and finally shoveled out through the excavator bucket.
