The preparation method comprises the following steps: by taking 4-ethoxy-3-methylphenylboronic acid as a modifier, introducing boric acid ester groups on the surfaces of phenolic resin hollow microspheres to prepare boric acid ester modified phenolic resin hollow microspheres; the preparation method comprises the following steps: modifying alkaline silica sol by using epoxy organic silicon resin, introducing an organic polymer to the particle surface of the alkaline silica sol to prepare modified silica sol, and mixing the modified silica sol with sodium hexametaphosphate to prepare the composite binder. According to the invention, high-purity magnesia, fused magnesia, fused hercynite, alpha-Al2O3 micro powder, manganese dioxide powder, metal manganese powder, a composite binder and boric acid ester modified phenolic resin hollow microspheres are compounded; the prepared magnesium-manganese-aluminum composite spinel brick has excellent mechanical properties, high temperature resistance, corrosion resistance and kiln coating hanging performance while keeping low heat conductivity.
本发明属于耐火材料技术领域,具体涉及一种镁锰铝复合尖晶石砖及其制备方法。本发明以4‑乙氧基‑3‑甲基苯硼酸为改性剂,在酚醛树脂空心微球表面引入硼酸酯基团,制得硼酸酯改性酚醛树脂空心微球;利用环氧基有机硅树脂对碱性硅溶胶进行改性,在其颗粒表面引入有机聚合物,制得改性硅溶胶,并将改性硅溶胶与六偏磷酸钠混合制得复合粘结剂。本发明将高纯镁砂、电熔镁砂、电熔铁铝尖晶石、α‑Al2O3微粉、二氧化锰粉、金属锰粉、复合粘结剂、硼酸酯改性酚醛树脂空心微球进行复配,制备得到的镁锰铝复合尖晶石砖在保持低导热的同时还具备优异的力学性能、耐高温性能、抗腐蚀性能和挂窑皮性能。
