The invention discloses a coal-based foaming material for filling an empty roadway of a coal seam and a preparation and filling method of the coal-based foaming material. According to the method, mined raw coal is crushed by using an underground crushing system, and crushed raw coal particles are mixed and stirred with cement and water and are mixed and stirred with foam formed by air compression of a foaming machine; gypsum and a foam stabilizer are added in the stirring process, the coal-based foaming filling material is obtained after uniform stirring, and finally the coal-based foaming filling material is pumped to a coal seam empty roadway through equipment such as a filling pump and a pipeline for filling operation. The method is easy to operate and practical, the potential safety hazard of the roof caused by traditional methods such as working face inclination adjustment and empty roadway passing is avoided, and meanwhile the problem that coal is difficult to sort after traditional coal seam empty roadway filling is solved.
本发明公开了一种煤层空巷充填的煤基发泡材料、制备及充填方法，此方法通过利用井下破碎系统对开采出的原煤进行破碎，破碎后的原煤颗粒与水泥、水混合搅拌，并与发泡机空气压缩形成的泡沫混合搅拌，在搅拌的过程中加入石膏、稳泡剂，搅拌均匀后得到煤基发泡充填材料，最后通过充填泵、管路等设备将煤基发泡充填材料泵送至煤层空巷进行充填作业。本发明操作简单、实用，不仅避免了传统工作面调斜过空巷等方法带来的顶板安全隐患，同时解决了传统煤层空巷充填后煤炭分选困难的问题。
