Application of coal-based solid waste filling material in filling and repairing mine roadway
The invention provides application of a coal-based solid waste filling material in filling and repairing a mine roadway, and relates to the technical field of solid waste recycling. The coal-based solid waste filling material is prepared from the following raw materials: coal ash, desulfurized gypsum, cement, an additive, coal gangue aggregate and water. The grain size distribution of the coal gangue aggregate adopted by the invention is similar to the ideal grain size distribution of Fuller, so that the compactness of the filling material can be increased, and the strength of the filling material after hardening is enhanced. According to the invention, the coal gangue aggregate, the coal ash and the desulfurized gypsum are coupled to prepare the coal-based solid waste filling material, so that the waste is used for treating the harm, the waste is turned into the benefit, the mined roadway is filled and repaired, the prepared coal-based solid waste filling material has high compressive strength and flexural strength, the problem of emission and stockpiling of the coal-based solid waste is solved, meanwhile, the cheap and easily-obtained filling material is prepared by using the coal-based solid waste from local materials, and green mining and comprehensive utilization of the coal-based solid waste are realized.
本发明提供了一种煤基固废充填材料在充填修复矿井巷道中的应用,涉及固废再利用技术领域。本发明所述煤基固废充填材料的制备原料包括:粉煤灰、脱硫石膏、水泥、外加剂、煤矸石骨料和水。本发明采用的煤矸石骨料的粒级级配与富勒理想级配相似,能够增加充填材料的密实度,增强充填材料硬化后的强度。本发明将煤矸石骨料、粉煤灰和脱硫石膏这些固废耦合制备煤基固废充填材料,以废治害,变废为利,对开采后的巷道进行充填修复,制备的煤基固废充填材料具有较高的抗压强度和抗折强度,既解决了煤基固废的排放堆存问题,同时又利用煤基固废就地取材制备了廉价易得的充填材料,实现绿色开采和煤基固废综合利用。
