The invention particularly discloses a sinking green land rainwater collection and soil water replenishing device which comprises a rainwater collection and filtration device, a permeation container is arranged at the bottom of the rainwater collection and filtration device, holes are formed in the side face and the bottom of the permeation container, and a water storage container is arranged at the top of the permeation container. An adjusting valve used for communication or separation is arranged between the permeation container and the water storage container, a filtering device is arranged at the top of the water storage container, and a water volume observation instrument is further arranged on the side face of the rainwater collecting and filtering device. The device can control the water supplementing amount of soil, efficiently utilize rainwater, adjust the water-soil balance of the soil, and promote the survival and growth of plants at the same time.
