The invention discloses a prefabricated pipe pile section bearing capacity enhancing structure and a construction method. The prefabricated pipe pile section bearing capacity enhancing structure comprises a prestressed concrete pipe pile composed of a plurality of prefabricated pipe joints, and a built-in steel member is arranged in the uppermost prefabricated pipe joint; the built-in steel member is solidified by injecting concrete and comprises a web plate, a bottom sealing plate and a plurality of blades; the web plate is of a strip-shaped structure with a cross-shaped cross section, a circular bottom sealing plate is arranged at the downward end of the web plate, and a plurality of blades are arranged on each side edge of the web plate in the length direction; each blade is in an arc shape matched with the inner wall of the corresponding position of the prefabricated pipe joint. During construction, the web plate, the bottom sealing plate and all the blades are combined into a built-in steel member, the built-in steel member is implanted into the uppermost prefabricated pipe section, and then grouting is conducted on the prestressed concrete pipe pile from bottom to top through the grouting pipe till grout emerges from the top. By means of the application, the construction speed of the prefabricated pipe pile can be higher, and the section bearing performance of the prestressed concrete pipe pile can be remarkably improved.
本发明公开了预制管桩截面承载力增强结构及施工方法,包括由若干预制管节组成的预应力混凝土管桩,最上节的预制管节内设有内置钢构件;内置钢构件通过注入混凝土固结,包括腹板、封底板和若干叶片;腹板为横截面呈十字形的条状结构,朝下的一端设有圆形的封底板,每一侧边均沿长度方向设有若干叶片;每一叶片均为与预制管节相应位置的内壁匹配的弧形。施工时,将腹板、封底板和所有叶片组合成内置钢构件,并植入到最上节的预制管节内,然后通过注浆管在预应力混凝土管桩由底向上注浆,至顶部冒浆为止。本发明的应用不但能够使预制管桩的施工速度更快,而且还能显著提高预应力混凝土管桩的截面承载性能。
