Automatic balancing device for water excavator and water excavator
The automatic balancing device comprises a balance negative pressure fan and a balance adjusting mechanism, the balance negative pressure fan is installed on a balance weight of the water excavator, and an air outlet of the balance negative pressure fan faces upwards; the balance adjusting mechanism comprises a movable guide rail, a movable air cylinder, a balance block, a tilt angle sensor and a controller, the movable guide rail and the movable air cylinder are installed on a balance weight of the excavator, the movable air cylinder is connected with the balance block, the balance block is installed on the movable guide rail and is in sliding connection with the movable guide rail, and the tilt angle sensor is installed on the balance weight of the water excavator. And the controller is used for controlling the movable air cylinder and the balance negative pressure fan according to angle data, monitored by the tilt angle sensor, of the water excavator, the movable air cylinder drives the balance block to move on the movable guide rail, and the balance negative pressure fan provides negative pressure so that the water excavator can be balanced. Compared with the prior art, the structure is simple, the efficiency is high, the motion resistance is not prone to be sharply increased due to the fact that the underwater size of the overwater excavator is increased when the overwater excavator is used, and energy consumption is prevented from being increased.
