The invention discloses a fabricated concrete structure interlayer seismic isolation structure which comprises an upper concrete stand column, a lower concrete stand column and a seismic isolation device, mounting grooves are formed in the upper concrete stand column and the lower concrete stand column correspondingly, and the seismic isolation device comprises two sets of mounting sleeves which are symmetrically arranged and inserted into the two mounting grooves correspondingly; the positioning mechanism is positioned in the mounting groove; the elastic vibration isolation mechanism comprises fixing plates, a rubber vibration isolation column is fixed between the two fixing plates, and an elastic vibration isolation assembly is arranged in the rubber vibration isolation column; the pressure buffering assemblies are arranged in the two mounting grooves correspondingly, and the pressure buffering assemblies communicate with the rubber vibration isolation columns through the mounting sleeves and the elastic vibration isolation assemblies; a grouting hole and an exhaust hole are formed in the side wall of the mounting groove. Pressure borne by the rubber vibration isolation columns is shared through the elastic vibration isolation assemblies and the pressure buffering assemblies, and the pressure bearing capacity and the working life of the device are guaranteed.
