According to the production method of the coal gangue gravel aggregate, a coal gangue raw material is subjected to primary treatment through a plurality of crushing and screening links, and a coal product and a plurality of coarse aggregate products are separated out; the required machine-made sand product is obtained through the links of sand-making crushing and sand-making screening; and coal slime by-products are produced through wastewater treatment, so that efficient treatment and full utilization of coal gangue raw materials are realized.
