Hydraulic loading and unloading transportation system
The hydraulic loading, unloading and transporting system comprises a plurality of hydraulic assemblies, a horizontal I-shaped supporting frame is arranged on the front portion of a forklift device of the hydraulic loading, unloading and transporting system, a first hydraulic assembly is arranged at the rear end of the I-shaped supporting frame, and the front end of the I-shaped supporting frame is hinged to the bottom end of a forklift portal; a second hydraulic assembly and a cargo box are arranged at the forklift portal frame; the second hydraulic assembly is connected with the cargo compartment to drive the cargo compartment to move along the forklift portal, and the output end of the first hydraulic assembly is connected with the middle of the forklift portal to drive the cargo compartment to turn over. An excavator mechanical arm is arranged at the rear part of the forklift device; the forklift device is provided with a sensor assembly used for monitoring the position of a cargo compartment, the inclination angle of a forklift portal frame, stress of an excavator mechanical arm and load of the cargo compartment. Hydraulic power-assisted cylinders arranged in all the hydraulic assemblies are connected with hydraulic pressure transformation equipment to form an oil pressure adjusting loop; the hydraulic controller controls all the hydraulic assemblies through the oil pressure adjusting loop according to data of the sensor assemblies. The excavator, the forklift and the truck are integrated, and the controllability of a hydraulic system in a narrow space under the large-load low-speed working condition is improved.
本发明提出液压装卸运输系统,包括多个液压组件,其叉车装置前部设有水平向的工型支撑架,工型支撑架后端设有第一液压组件,前端与叉车门架底端铰接;叉车门架处设有第二液压组件和货箱;第二液压组件与货厢相连以驱动其沿叉车门架移动,第一液压组件的输出端与叉车门架中部相连驱动货厢翻转;叉车装置后部设有挖机机械臂;叉车装置处设有用于对货厢位置、叉车门架倾角、挖机机械臂受力、货厢载荷进行监测的传感器组件;各液压组件内置的液压助力缸均与液压变压设备相连形成油压调节回路;液压控制器根据传感器组件数据,通过油压调节回路来控制各液压组件;本发明将挖机、叉车和货车整合,改进了液压系统在狭小空间内大载荷低速工况的可控性。
