The invention discloses a defoaming agent for well cementation cement and a preparation method of the defoaming agent, and belongs to the technical field of cement additives. The defoaming agent for the well cementation cement is prepared from the following raw materials: an emulsifier, a defoaming auxiliary agent, a thickening agent, a dispersing agent, inorganic filler and water, the modified nano silicon dioxide is obtained by heating and polymerizing silane modified nano silicon dioxide and N-vinyl-N-methylacetamide under the initiation of an initiator; the defoaming auxiliary agent polyether modified silicone oil is obtained by adding allyl polyoxyethylene methyl terminated polyether into phenylmethyl silicone oil, (2S)-3-(o-allyloxyphenoxy)-1, 2-epoxypropane and n-decanol under the catalysis of chloroplatinic acid and carrying out a heating reaction on the phenylmethyl silicone oil, the (2S)-3-(o-allyloxyphenoxy)-1, 2-epoxypropane and the n-decanol and the allyl polyoxyethylene methyl terminated polyether. The polyether modified silicone oil and the polysilane modified silicon dioxide are simultaneously used as the defoaming agent in the cement, so that the synergistic enhancement of the defoaming effect can be realized, the shrinkage resistance and the impermeability of the cement paste can be improved, and the effect and the efficiency of well cementation operation are optimized.
本发明公开了一种固井水泥用消泡剂及其制备方法，属于水泥添加剂技术领域。所述固井水泥用消泡剂，包括以下原料：乳化剂、消泡助剂、增稠剂、分散剂、无机填料、水；所述改性纳米二氧化硅由硅烷改性纳米二氧化硅和N‑乙烯基‑N‑甲基乙酰胺，在引发剂的引发下，通过加热聚合得到；所述消泡助剂聚醚改性硅油由苯甲基硅油、(2S)‑3‑(邻烯丙基氧基苯氧基)‑1,2‑环氧丙烷和正癸醇在氯铂酸催化下与加入烯丙基聚氧乙烯甲基封端聚醚加热反应得到。本发明通过同时使用聚醚改性硅油和聚硅烷改性二氧化硅作为水泥中的消泡剂，不仅可以实现消泡效果的协同增强，还能够提高水泥浆体的抗收缩性能和抗渗性能，优化固井作业的效果和效率。
