Short fiber carbon/carbon composite PECVD carrier frame and preparation method thereof
The invention relates to the field of solar photovoltaic cells, and particularly discloses a short fiber carbon/carbon composite PECVD carrier frame and a preparation method thereof, and the preparation method comprises the following steps: cutting a carbon fiber prepreg into short carbon fibers with different lengths, and mixing the short carbon fibers with different lengths; mixing and ball-milling phenolic resin powder, silicon carbide powder and graphite powder to prepare a ball-milled mixture; mixing the short carbon fiber mixture with the ball-milled mixture, so that the surface of the short carbon fiber is coated with the ball-milled mixture to obtain a composite mixture; the composite mixed material is sequentially subjected to compression molding, heat treatment, carbonization treatment, dipping densification, graphitization treatment and machining, and the short fiber carbon/carbon composite material PECVD carrier frame is prepared; the invention further discloses the PECVD carrier frame made of the short-fiber carbon/carbon composite material and prepared through the method. The preparation method has the characteristic that the prepared carbon/carbon composite PECVD carrier frame has better mechanical properties.
