The vehicle information acquiring and processing device acquires and processes information of a vehicle arriving at an entrance of a highway, judges whether the highest continuous driving speed of the vehicle, the automatic driving function of the vehicle, the type of a vehicle power device, a vehicle power taking device and the like meet the requirements of a traffic lane of the highway or not, and verifies whether the automatic driving function is in a working state or not. And controlling the entrance opening and closing device to open according to the information processing result and releasing the vehicle to enter the expressway or keeping the entrance closed. According to the invention, only the automatic driving electrically-driven vehicles meeting the requirements of the traffic lanes of the expressway are controlled to run on the road, and power is supplied to the running vehicles, so that higher-speed and higher-efficiency road traffic is realized.
