The invention discloses a novel municipal road roadbed drainage system construction device and method. The construction device comprises a vehicle body, a lifting mechanism, a distance measuring mechanism, a positioning mechanism, an elevation measuring mechanism, a feeding bin, a flow control mechanism, a transmission mechanism and a blade set. The vehicle body walks along the outer edge of the groove according to a planned path. The positioning mechanism walks along the middle line of the road and moves synchronously with the vehicle body. The distance measuring mechanism is arranged on the top of the vehicle body and detects the distance between the distance measuring mechanism and the positioning mechanism so as to adjust the vehicle body advancing direction. The lifting mechanism is arranged on the side edge of the vehicle body and linearly moves in the vertical direction. A sliding plate mold is arranged at the bottom of the flow control mechanism; the elevation measuring mechanism is arranged on the sliding plate mold to detect the elevation; blade sets are arranged at the bottom of the transmission mechanism. According to the construction device, continuous sliding and lifting of the sliding plate mold and continuous pouring of concrete are achieved through sliding formwork construction, the construction period is shortened, high size precision and high surface smoothness of the concrete component are guaranteed, and the overall cost is saved.
