The invention discloses an arched steel plate-inverted T-shaped steel-UHPC structure light combined bridge deck slab and a construction method. The arched steel plate-inverted T-shaped steel-UHPC structure light combined bridge deck slab comprises arched steel plates, inverted T-shaped steel, reinforcing steel bars and UHPC. The inverted T-shaped steel forms an inverted T-shaped steel structure, and arch feet of the arched steel plate are lapped on steel plates on the two sides of the inverted T-shaped steel structure; a plurality of MCL-shaped open boundaries are arranged on a web plate of the inverted T-shaped steel structure, and a plurality of groups of transverse perforated steel bars are arranged in the MCL-shaped open boundaries; a transverse reinforcing steel bar is arranged between two adjacent MCL-shaped open boundaries, and a longitudinal reinforcing steel bar is erected on the transverse reinforcing steel bar; and the ultra-high performance concrete on the arched steel plate, the arched steel plate, the inverted T-shaped steel structure and the reinforcing steel bars form a combined bridge deck which is stressed together. The problem that the reinforcing steel bars are difficult to penetrate through in a PBL shearing force connecting piece can be solved, the longitudinal shearing bonding performance of the combined bridge deck slab is improved, and the cooperative work capacity of all the components is improved.
本发明公开了一种拱形钢板-⊥形钢-UHPC结构轻型组合桥面板及施工方法,包括拱形钢板、倒置的T型钢、钢筋和超高性能混凝土;倒置的T型钢形成⊥形钢结构,拱形钢板的拱脚搭在⊥形钢结构的两侧钢板上;在⊥形钢结构的腹板上设置若干MCL形开放边界,在MCL形开放边界中设置有若干组横向的穿孔钢筋;在相邻两个MCL形开放边界之间设有横向钢筋,横向钢筋上搭设有纵向钢筋;拱形钢板上的超高性能混凝土与拱形钢板、⊥形钢结构和钢筋形成共同受力的组合桥面板。本发明能够避免PBL剪力连接件存在的钢筋穿插困难问题,提高组合桥面板的纵向剪切粘结性能,并提高各组成部分的协同工作能力。
