The invention relates to a perforated inverted-T-shaped steel grating-UHPC prefabricated combined bridge deck slab and a construction method thereof. A plurality of main inverted-T-shaped steel are arranged in parallel, and a plurality of structural inverted-T-shaped steel are perpendicularly connected with the main inverted-T-shaped steel in a crossed mode; uniformly distributed main holes are formed in a web plate of the main inverted-T-shaped steel, uniformly distributed construction holes are formed in a web plate of the construction inverted-T-shaped steel, reinforcing steel bars penetrate through the main holes and the construction holes to form a reinforcing mesh, and the reinforcing mesh, the main inverted-T-shaped steel and the construction inverted-T-shaped steel form a steel grating framework unit; uHPC is poured into the steel grating framework units to form prefabricated combined bridge deck slab units, the multiple prefabricated combined bridge deck slab units are spliced on site, high-strength concrete is used for pouring wet joints and integrated concrete on the wet joints, and an asphalt concrete pavement layer is laid on the surfaces of the prefabricated combined bridge deck slabs; while the requirements for strength and rigidity are met, on-site construction steps are reduced, the dead weight of the bridge deck slab is reduced, and the risks of fatigue cracking, pavement layer damage, concrete tensile cracking and the like are reduced.
