Asynchronous construction method for large-span stiff steel beams and segmented construction method for concrete beams
The invention discloses an asynchronous construction method for a large-span stiff steel beam, which comprises the following steps of: supporting a steel beam end of a first construction area through an auxiliary supporting device, constructing a later pouring section by relying on a first pouring section after the construction is finished, and reserving a later pouring belt in the middle; after two adjacent sections of reinforced concrete stiff beams are constructed, pouring construction of a post-pouring belt is carried out; and a supporting frame dismantling auxiliary device is arranged at the position of the post-cast strip, and after construction requirements are met, the upper-layer supporting frame and the supporting columns are dismantled. The supporting columns are independently arranged, the structural characteristics of a reinforced concrete stiff structure are flexibly applied, planning and pre-burying are conducted in advance, the overall safety and operability of structural construction are guaranteed, redundant loads are not generated on an original supporting frame, the safety of the original supporting frame is guaranteed, civil construction does not have waiting time, and the construction efficiency is improved. The construction period is shortened.
本发明公开了一种大跨度劲性钢梁不同步施工方法,通过辅助支撑装置对先施工区域的钢梁端进行支撑,施工完成后,再依托先浇筑段进行后浇筑段的施工,中间留出后浇带;待相邻两段钢筋混凝土劲性梁施工完成后,进行后浇带的浇筑施工;在后浇带的位置设置支撑架拆除辅助装置,待达到施工要求后,拆除上层支撑架和支撑柱。本发明通过单独设置的支撑柱以及灵活运用钢筋混凝土劲性结构自身结构特点,提前规划和预埋,保证了结构施工的整体安全性和易操作性,且不对原支撑架产生多余的荷载,确保了原支撑架的安全性,土建施工不存在等待时间,节约了工期。
